 We are currently in the process of finding a cheaper and faster way to deliver merchandises to customers. We do value you as a great customer and is truly frustrated that the process of deliveries is making our customer question or cause for creating this great company. Many sleepless nights have falling on our desk and production warehouse to make deals to get products to doors in less than 5 days without upping the shipping price. But currently most shippers are at a standstill. We hope by placing this information here we can keep you as a loyal customer and ask that you forgive us for such a long shipping period. We know that two to three shipping week is quite some time and we are working on this.

• Most orders can take an average of 5-14 days

• In cases of international shipments it may take an additional 2-3 weeks

 We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, United Delivery Services (UDS), LaserShip, and OnTrac and many more.

In this instance we are not responsible to send back package if you refuse to make payment. We will hold 15-30 percent of payment if you decide to close or refund order.
